About Us

Adams & Giddings Physical Therapy

Adams & Giddings Physical Therapy is one of the premier physical therapy and rehabilitation centers in Fort Collins. Ron Adams and Jeff Giddings first opened the clinic in Fort Collins in 1998. Our outstanding physical therapists continue to stay at the forefront of rehabilitative medicine with innovative ideas and ongoing education. We treat a variety of conditions and disorders and provide the most effective and advanced treatments to help you return to the activities and lifestyle you love.

Our friendly staff will schedule an appointment and assign you to a personal physical therapist. Your therapist will complete a thorough evaluation and specific treatment plan taking into consideration your specific rehabilitation needs. Patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment, and injury prevention are an essential part of your treatment program. Our comprehensive approach will identify and correct underlying biomechanical problems and treat the cause of your pain and dysfunction, rather than just treating symptoms.

Anne La Belle Halseide, PT
Anne grew up in Illinois and received her BS in Physical Therapy at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Influenced by others in her family who also chose medical professions, she has a great understanding of the need for physical therapy that focuses on the root cause of imbalance. As a teenager, she experienced her first sessions of Physical Therapy. By performing the Physical Therapy home exercises, her spinal alignment showed evidence of correction. This began her first understanding of the impact exercise can have on physical health. Her vast experience includes over 800 hours of Continuing Education, Trigger Point Dry Needling Certification Levels 1 and 2, Musician & Vocalist Coaching, 600 hours of Athletic Training, Pilates, Myofascial Release, Functional Exercise, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Re-education & Cranio Sacral training all offered to serve patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Focusing on the muscle and postural balance of the Neck, Shoulders, Back, Hips, Knees, Ankles and Feet she applies manual techniques to correct unbalanced movement & posture with Soft Tissue and Joint mobilization. She then reinforces the improved balance with therapeutic exercise and activities, functional exercise, neuromuscular re-education and home exercise programs. Anne La Belle Halseide, PT offers her special interest in musician physical therapy as she combines her physical therapy practice with her musician training. Anne states that her application of Physical Therapy for musicians, “helps musicians practice, play and perform without pain”. Her interests range from singing, playing the piano, church choir, fitness, travel with her husband, and cheering on her two outstanding sons. She focuses on living in the present with thankfulness for each day!
