Adams & Giddings Physical Therapy
Adams & Giddings Physical Therapy is one of the premier physical therapy and rehabilitation
centers in Fort Collins. Ron Adams and Jeff Giddings first opened the clinic in Fort Collins in
1998. Our outstanding physical therapists continue to stay at the forefront of rehabilitative
medicine with innovative ideas and ongoing education. We treat a variety of conditions and
disorders and provide the most effective and advanced treatments to help you return to the
activities and lifestyle you love.
Our friendly staff will schedule an appointment and assign you to a personal physical therapist. Your therapist will complete a thorough evaluation and specific treatment plan taking into consideration your specific rehabilitation needs. Patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment, and injury prevention are an essential part of your treatment program. Our comprehensive approach will identify and correct underlying biomechanical problems and treat the cause of your pain and dysfunction, rather than just treating symptoms.

Katie Siros, PT, DPT
Katie’s fascination with the human body began as a young athlete, plagued by overuse injuries. She learned through rehabilitation of her own injuries the positive impact that physical therapy can have on a person’s life and chose to pursue a career in physical therapy.
She understands both the resiliency of the human body but also the imperative need to care for it in a responsible manner, which is why patient education is at the core of her care. She believes that educating patients about their bodies and injuries can empower them to make necessary changes for optimal results.
Katie graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2012. As a student, she was active in the American Physical Therapy Association, serving on student boards and participating in advocacy efforts on Capitol Hill, earning her Dean’s Scholarship in her final year.
Katie continued her passion for professional involvement as a board member of the Arizona Physical Therapy Association in which she served as District Representative.
Katie enjoys hiking and spending time in the outdoors with her family.
